I’ve cited a Trumpie co-worker who’s over 50 herself and who’s sister just

Had a lung transplant, who still hasn’t gotten shot number one, mentioning as part of her nonsensical justification for putting her sister at risk in her presence, that the vaccine isn’t a guarantee against infection, and you even need to get a booster.

Yet she got her seasonal flu vaccine the second it became available. Which is not a guarantee against infection and requires a booster every season.

She doesn’t seem able to realize that the only difference with the Covid vaccine is that her cult makes a political issue of it. I have trouble staying patient with her at times, because loyalty to her political cult is more important to her than her sister’s life, although she is completely blind to that.
